Demand for rented properties has increased in the last few years, and the current trend is towards shorter rental periods than before. Today, potential tenants search and view properties online, but competition is fierce, and people who see our properties also see many others.

First impressions are what matters and we strive to get the best image for the properties we are selling. This is why it is important for owners to understand that they must invest a little to improve their homes. Some might need to be fully refurbished, others might call for a new bathroom and kitchen, while in many others a few small fixes (changing a tap, a rusty mirror, a damaged bathroom cabinet, some dirty old curtains, etc.) will be enough to change how they look entirely.
